EAST BAY WOMEN IN ACTION

East Bay Women In Action was formed in October 2007 based on the concept of retired educator, Mrs. Edwyna Elzie. Mrs. Elzie wanted to reward students who worked to enhance the lives of others through community service by starting EBWIA, a Scholarship Foundation for students in grades K-11. Mrs. Elzie recruited teachers, school administrators, parents, and business women to help implement and support the concept and goal of EBWIA.
